The MulticoreWare Approach
Minimize the workload processing pipeline, by encapsulating HDR Metadata muxing.
Accelerate existing encoder with AVX intrinsics, Assembly optimizations, SIMD, etc.
Integrate hardware codecs and filters into open source frameworks like FFmpeg and Gstreamer.
Utilize OpenCL Acceleration for JPEG Decoders.
Optimize image processing filters using OpenCL.
Optimize various complex kernels in the video processing pipeline to specific architecture assembly.
Optimization of Statmux involves adapting to differences between planned and actual bitrate usage in a channel. It uses potential extra bitrate in a different channel that requires additional bitrate without exceeding the overall bandwidth.
