CO-FOUNDER & ADVISOR

As the co-founder, Curtis brought over 30 years of experience in Engineering and Operations. Curtis helped craft the strategy, technology and products at MulticoreWare. His contribution was immeasurable and his loss is felt by us everyday.

MANJU HEGDE

ADVISOR

With over 30 years of experience in building and scaling businesses, Manju has indepth experience in engineering and operations. Previous leadership roles at AMD, Nvidia, AGEIA, Celox networks. Manju has a Ph.D from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and he completed his B.Tech in EEE from IIT Bombay.

ARUN RAMANATHAN

Chief Operating Officer

As the COO, Arun Ramanathan manages the Delivery & Operations and oversees the functioning of the Technology Units while driving continuous improvement across the board. He has over 30 years of experience and has handled multiple portfolios catering to diverse industries. Previous leadership roles at GDA Technologies, Verifone, TVS Electronics.

SOUMENDRA MOHANTY

CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

With over 25 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Soumendra Mohanty is the Chief Revenue Officer and brings deep technical knowledge coupled with product development expertise. Previous leadership roles at Occam Semiconductor, Analogix Semiconductor, NXP, VLSI Technologies.

With over 22 years in leading teams and transforming organizations across diverse sectors, Shashi heads the global HR, India administration & CSR initiatives. Previous leadership roles at Vedantu, DISYS, TVS Auto, Bajaj Allianz, Reliance Retail, ABN AMRO and AMTEX.

Dr. JOHN STRATTON

Chief Technology Officer

John Stratton is responsible for establishing the technology vision, researching industry trends and aligning them with the company’s goals. He heads the academic collaboration activities and drives continuous improvement of our learning and development activities. He has a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UIUC, and is a faculty member at Whitman College.

Suchithra has over 23 years of experience in Branding & Creative Design, Delivery / Operations and Product Marketing across diverse industries. She manages the Corporate Marketing & Communications at MulticoreWare. Previous leadership roles at Ad2pro (Deloitte Digital), Tech Mahindra and Sify Limited.

Vinod Kannan

VP & GM - Compute Bu

With over 22 years of software development experience, Vinod Kannan has groomed and scaled niche AI/ML teams, building expertise across Application, Framework and Platform layers of the software stack. Previous leadership roles at Dell-Force10 Networks, Intel Mobile Communications, Infineon, IBM.

VP & GM - Mobility & Transportation BU

Vish leads strategic and new business initiatives in the Mobility & Transportation Business Unit. Previously, he was a researcher at Samsung’s Strategy and Innovation center’s Autonomous vehicles and self-driving car projects. Engineering roles at Hart Industries and UT Arlington.

Shivakumar Narayanan

VP & GM - Media & Entertainment BU

Shivakumar Narayanan has more than 20 years of experience across Product Management, Marketing & New Business Development. He heads the Media and Entertainment BU that focuses on AI Enabled Video Codecs, Media Solutions and Services. Previous leadership roles at Velocix, Nokia & KiSSFLOW. He holds a Masters from Arizona State University.

VP & GM - Smart Health, Smart City & Industry 4.0 BU

Dr Raj Gupta heads the Smart Cities, Smart Health and Industrial Automation 4.0 Business Unit. He finished his PhD from IIT Madras in Computer Vision and Image Processing.

Kavitha has more than 30 years of experience in Embedded Systems. She is responsible for Automotive Functional safety, Process development and Compliance and oversees university relationships and partnerships.
