MulticoreWare Inc. Celebrates 10 years of operations in India

This October, we at MulticoreWare India, celebrated our 10-year landmark with great fanfare! The week-long festivities kicked off in the presence of the entire leadership team.
A grand gala dinner with music, fun and entertainment followed. The event was attended by our associates along with their families.
Eminent dignitaries from both industry and academia graced the occasion with their presence and spoke about their experiences and shared interesting anecdotes.
After the inaugural address by Mr.Shashikanth Jayaraman, VP – Global HR & Operations, MulticoreWare, our President & CEO, Mr. A.G. Karunakaran (AGK) addressed the gathering. He spoke about the 10-year journey, the growth and progress that brought us to the present time.
Professor Sunil Kumar, Director of Indian Institute of Technology, Palakkad, spoke about the relationship with MulticoreWare and his serendipitous meeting with AGK that led to the establishment of the MAGIC lab at the IITP premises. He spoke eloquently about the ethos of teaching and the mindset of teachers and its contrast with industry. He expressed his satisfaction that despite these inherent differences, our joint R&D programs were working successfully due to our shared passion for technology and MulticoreWare’s commitment to innovation.
Mr. N. R. Panicker (Accel Frontline) harked back to his 35 years long association with AGK, their shared interests and dreams since early days. Entrepreneurs never stop because they keep dreaming and creating visions for the future. He spoke about positivity, keeping the spirit up despite ups and downs to weather the storms. It was truly a motivating speech from an industry veteran.
We are only as strong as the people who stand with us. Certificates, silver/gold coins were awarded to associates who have been with us for more than five years.
We also launched our CSR initiatives themed around socio-intrapreneurship, led by the employees, and supported by the organization. These initiatives encompass many areas including Education, Gender Equality (Women Empowerment) & Technology enabled social solutions. Interested employees form groups and work together on shared causes, supported by MulticoreWare Human Resources Department.
The bonhomie continued with music and entertainment followed by dinner.
